hard drives and the built in hardware RAID processors are capable of delivering over 230 megabytes per second of input/output
throughput!
RAID Modes:
- FAST Performance Mode (RAID 0) — simultaneously reads or writes to all 5
hard drives for blazing fast disk performance.
- SAFE & FAST Protected Mode (RAID 10) — continuous full time protection of your data. If a hard drive should fail, you can quickly and automatically rebuild your content.
- JBOD or Port Multiplier — allows the computer to see all 5 drives in the enclosure as just a bunch of drives.
